A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

A clearer start.

A routine that works for you starts with knowing what to expect.

Is this only for climbers?

No. Choose Climbing, Fitness, or Both when you sign up. Fitness focuses on strength, cardio and mobility. Climbing focuses on climbing sessions, grades and ascents, with supporting training when useful. Both brings the two together. Food logging, the cookbook and progress tracking support your routine whichever focus you choose.

Can I change my training mode later?

Yes. Choose Climbing, Fitness, or Both in Settings anytime. Turning climbing off hides its goals, grades and screens. Saved climbing history remains available when you switch it back on.

Do I need to know my one-rep max?

No. In Settings, you can add a known one-rep max or estimate one from a recent set of 2–10 clean reps for an exercise. You do not need to test a maximum. Baselines are private starting references; your goals, equipment and actual workout logs also guide planning.

Do I need a full gym?

No. Select the equipment and access you actually have. The planner can work with resistance bands, bodyweight, outdoor routes, selected machines, or climbing access.

What happens if I miss a workout?

Mark it missed and add an optional reason. It stays documented so your planner and coach can use that context. You can also block dates for travel or a temporary break.

Is AI coaching required?

No. Personal coaching sharing starts switched off. You can choose whether the AI service may use your selected profile, goals, and relevant logs to prepare suggestions.

Does it include recipes and meal planning?

The cookbook includes recipes, cooking instructions and estimated nutrition, with food preferences to help narrow your choices. Meal planning is in development: the goal is to plan meals around your preferences and goals so you have less to figure out each day. It is not available yet.

What does early access cost?

No payment is collected when you request access. Paid checkout is being connected; billing terms will be shown before you agree to subscribe.

Why do I need email verification and approval?

Email verification confirms access to the address you provide. Owner approval keeps early access controlled while the service is being developed. Both steps are required before a new member can sign in.
