SET UP YOUR ROUTINE

Start with the life
you actually have.

  1. Choose your training mode and goals.

Select Climbing, Fitness, or Both when you sign up. Add the goals you’re working toward and the days you can realistically train.

  2. Tell the planner what’s available.

Choose your equipment and training access. Add strength references for exercises you know—a known one-rep max or an estimate from a recent set. You can begin without testing a maximum.

  3. Review your first workouts.

Look through the suggested exercises, sets, reps, rests and effort guidance. Check the exercise instructions and make room for recovery and the rest of your week.

  4. Log the session. Build on what happened.

Record your actual sets, loads, cardio or climbing. Add food entries when useful, then look back at your progress so the next planning decision has context.

A routine starts with your preferences and becomes more useful as you record it.

PUT IT INTO PRACTICE

Plan. Do. Look back.

You don’t need a perfect week to keep useful records. A simple rhythm gives your training some structure without making every day the same.

BEFORE A SESSION

Know what you’re doing.

Open the planned workout, check the exercises and see the suggested sets and effort. Use the how-to if a movement is unfamiliar.

DURING & AFTER

Record what you actually did.

Log completed work, including changes from the original plan. Your record should reflect the session you had.

BEFORE THE NEXT WEEK

Make the next choice with context.

Review your history, check upcoming commitments and adjust your available days or goals when your situation changes.

WHEN LIFE CHANGES THE PLAN

Keep the context.
Make room to adjust.

Missed a workout?
Mark it missed and add an optional reason. It remains part of your history rather than disappearing.
Travel or a busy stretch?
Block dates for a temporary break so your calendar reflects when you’re available.
Changed your training focus?
Switch training modes in Settings. Saved climbing history stays available when you turn climbing back on.
