Your training space is personal. Here is how the current service uses and protects its information.

What you provide

Sign-up uses your name, email address and choice of Climbing, Fitness, or Both. Verification is required before you create a password. Inside your account, you may provide profile details, training experience, exercise-specific strength baselines, goals, workout and food logs, weight records, equipment selections, notes, and photos.

How it is used

The service uses your information to operate your account, show your logs, build your calendar, track progress, and provide the features you request. Personal records are separate from other members. Authorized administrators maintain the service and can access records where necessary to operate and support it.

Optional AI features

Personal coaching sharing starts switched off. If you enable it and request AI features, relevant profile details, goals, selected history, logs, and supplied photos or descriptions may be sent to the configured external AI service. Review the app’s sharing control before enabling it. Estimates and suggestions may be inaccurate; you can review and edit them.

Member profiles and shared posts

Approved members can view profiles, including display names, profile photos, height, training mode and progress summaries. Fitness summaries show workout counts, active days, cardio time and distance, recorded strength sets and reps, and aggregate lifted volume; climbing summaries are shown when climbing is enabled. Detailed workouts and weight-loss progress are optional profile shares, switched off by default. In Settings, you can share recent logged workouts, including exercises, sets, reps, loads, cardio and climbing results, or share weight changes over time without your actual body weights. Turn either option off to remove that section from your profile. Personal notes, private workout photos, strength baselines, meals and other health details remain private. Posts, comments, reactions and media you choose to share are visible within the approved-member community.

Community climb photos and videos

When you add media to a gym climb and save it, approved members can view it with your display name. Community media is separate from private workout photos. Photos are resized and videos are compressed; original uploads are discarded after processing. Unfinished uploads expire after one day. You can remove your contributions, and gym managers can remove shared media. Shared files require a signed-in, approved account. Backups may temporarily retain earlier copies.

The shared exercise library

General movement names, equipment details, and reusable how-to instructions may be shared across accounts. The library does not publish personal records. Workouts and weight-loss progress appear on your profile only when you enable the corresponding sharing option.

Cookies and security records

Necessary cookies keep sign-in and security checks working. The service stores limited security counters, verification requests, timestamps, and access metadata to reduce abuse. Verification links expire. This site does not include advertising trackers or public visitor comments.

Your controls

You can edit and delete individual entries and export your records in the app. For account-level assistance or removal, contact the service owner through your existing account arrangement during early access. Operational backups may temporarily retain previous copies.

Membership billing information

Stripe processes membership checkout and payment information when billing is enabled. We send your account name, email and an internal account identifier to associate your membership. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, trial and billing-period dates, and your acceptance of recurring terms. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by Good & Able. Stripe Managed Payments uses Link for subscription management and transaction support. Account requests and owner approval do not themselves start a subscription.
